In case of a delivery of a defective product H & V Motos, S.L. will proceed as appropriate to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. These operations will have no costs for the user. Autoferro.com guarantees its products, under the legally established terms, for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. The client must inform Autoferro.com of the lack of conformity within two months of having knowledge of it.

ATTENTION: The guarantee will not be applicable in the following cases

• Blows and / or inadequate transportation.
• Do not follow the instructions for use and handling.
• Undue manipulation.
• Defective installations.
• Installation and / or connection of peripheral elements not compatible with the product.
• Incorrect supply voltage.
• Manipulation of the product by personnel other than the Technical Service of the manufacturer, or manipulation of any seal or identification / control label.
• Force majeure.

The repair time and the classification of the fault and whether or not it is covered by the guarantee, is evaluated by the S.A.T. supplier's official To carry out the repairs, the S.A.T. The manufacturer's official may replace parts or the total replacement as it deems appropriate.
In the case of repairs, they must be authorized, in advance, by H&V Motos, S.L., with the client's obligation to require the aforementioned authorization.

Once the repairs are made, the company will proceed to return the product, the costs of this transport will be borne by the customer.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
