RETURN OF ORDERS
Refund for product allegedly damaged by transportation:
Upon receipt of the order if damage to the packaging is observed, reject the goods.
To be able to claim the insurance of the carrier, please check the merchandise immediately since once received it has 24 working hours to communicate the appearance of hidden damages not observed in the download.
Notify us the incident through the customer service telephone number 968 34 80 43, to our email marketing@autoferro.com or through the contact form on our website to proceed to solve it.
Return for a defective product:
If a product arrives damaged, we will send you a new product, Autoferro will bear all extra transport costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or handled and keep the original packaging in perfect condition.
To do this, contact us through the contact form of our page within a maximum period of 7 working days from the reception of the order, clearly indicating what is the problem and attaching a photograph of the damaged product. We will not accept any exchange or refund if you have not previously contacted us to let us know.
Refund for wrong product:
If one or more products received do not correspond to your order, Autoferro will pick up the wrong product at the address indicated and give you the correct one. Without any extra cost, provided that the product has not been used, altered or manipulated, and keep the original packaging in perfect condition.
To do this, contact us through the contact form of our website within a maximum period of 7 working days from the reception of the order. We will not accept any exchange or refund if you have not previously contacted us to let us know.
Refund at the customer's request:
If you are not satisfied with the purchase made, from Autoferro we will handle the return of the product through transport agency, the return costs being borne by the customer, provided that the product has not been used, altered or handled and kept in perfect condition the packaging original. To do this, contact us through the contact form within a maximum period of 7 working days from the reception of the order. We will not accept any exchange or refund if you have not previously contacted us to let us know.
AUTOFERRO can not accept, in any case, returns of products that are not presented in the same conditions with which they were sent (boxes, packaging, products, etc.), without being able to alter the boxes in any case.
